1. Delivery Timelines
We work with trusted courier partners across the UAE and internationally to ensure timely deliveries.
- Standard Delivery:
Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Express Delivery (Prepaid Orders Only):
For prepaid orders, we offer Express Delivery, ensuring delivery within 24 to 72 hours in most UAE locations.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, and product availability.
2. Shipping Charges
Some products may carry separate shipping charges depending on their weight, location, or brand policy. For certain orders, PakistaniLibaas covers the delivery cost as part of promotional offers or special campaigns.
Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on orders above a specific total value, which is updated from time to time and displayed at checkout.
All applicable shipping fees (if any) will be clearly mentioned during checkout before final payment.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24โ48 hours of confirmation.
- Once dispatched, customers will receive an email or WhatsApp notification containing tracking details.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. International Shipping
We also deliver select Pakistani designer wear to customers outside the UAE. International shipping costs and timelines vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, there may be delays due to:

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery may incur additional charges borne by the customer.
