At PakistaniLibaas, operated under Rubina Ahmed Trading LLC, we value your satisfaction and take pride in delivering premium-quality Pakistani designer wear. Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure that you receive the best product and experience. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or color variation due to lighting and screen differences.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions. You may be required to share images or videos of the defective item to verify the issue before approval.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or altered dresses
  • Accessories, jewelry, or undergarments
  • Sale or clearance items

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, please initiate a return, and once approved, a new product will be shipped to you.

Responsibility

PakistaniLibaas reserves the right to decline any return request that does not comply with the terms stated above. All items are inspected thoroughly before shipment, and we ensure safe packaging. However, damages that occur due to mishandling after delivery are not covered.
